PRACTICES AT
WORKPLACE
MISUSING COMPANY
TIME
This is one of the most major unethical practices in

the company where one accepts salaries from their

employers for the work that they have not done or

they didn't actually put time in their work.

An example here is showing up late or altering the time sheet

so that you won't get notice that you actually got late from

work. It is unethical since it doesn't follow the proper rules of

conduct since you deceived the company whereas you have

the capability and choice to work properly and be efficient

with your work time in the company.

VIOLATING COMPANY
INTERNET POLICIES
Violating company internet policies is one of the

major unethecial problems in companies.There are

terms used to called cyberslackers/cyberloafers to

identify people when in fact, they should be working.

One of the examples here is checking your social

media newsfeed during work hours which is totally

unethical since they are being paid by the company

for work when they are not doing so. Employees

should not use social media at work for personal use

and just keep wasting time from non-related things

instead of using it for doing your work.
