Old School with the Best Solution

If you want to be trendy, modern and in the company of the best and most accomplished,
this car offers you the best solution: the Jaguar E-PACE, the most desirable and
attractive car on the market, now with an innovative and environmentally friendly
solution.
Forget electronics and bravely dive into the new era - have you ever considered buying
an electric car?
In the coming decades, the combustion engine will be phased out worldwide, and drivers
are increasingly looking for fossil fuels, but which one should be chosen? The Jaguar E-
PACE may be old school, but it's still in the game, just to be upgraded with the coveted
innovation – electricity!
The e-Jaguar looks modern, flexible and unique as if it had emerged from a futuristic
movie.
The E-Pace was officially launched on 13 July 2017 and was the second series-produced
Jaguar SUV. The car was built in Graz, Austria, by Magna Steyr, and from 2018 it
should also be built by Chery Jaguar Land Rover, JLR's joint venture with its partner
Chery, in Changshu, China.
At the International Motor Show in Geneva, it soon became the best European brand
alongside the Audi e-Tron and the Volvo S60/V60 - not a bad company, right?
Modern, stylish, revolutionary car equipped with a 19 kW battery, with a range of 289
miles per charge.
If you are thinking about buying a new car, you should also take into consideration
pollution. By choosing to drive an electric vehicle you are helping to reduce harmful air
pollution from release emissions. There is also a trend towards more eco-friendly
products and materials for electric vehicles are available.

TYRES
In spite of modern technology, the only parts that remain unchanged are tyres.
Tyre suppliers are therefore chosen to develop and optimise unique versions of their
design to meet the individual performance requirements of each vehicle.
Tyres fitted at OE should have balanced performance in many key areas:
• Wet and dry handling / grip
• Driving comfort and noise level
• Rolling resistance (fuel consumption)
• Snow traction
• Resistance to parking flat spots
• Optimised tyre pressure to meet speed and load requirements

The design and materials of the tyre are are matched to optimise driving dynamics while
maintaining a good tyre life (durability). Worldwide tests and developments are carried
out on various routes and roadways.)
For wet, ice, frost and slush covered roads, chose Jaguar Winter tyres. Their natural
rubber compound remains malleable when the temperature drops below 7°C, helping to
increase the tyre’s grip. They also have large numbers of tiny lateral grooves, called
sipes, to grip the road by biting into snow and ice and dispersing water more rapidly.
Winter suitability is also an important feature for all-season and winter use: to ensure
that these tyres meet Jaguar's traction requirements, rigorous testing under extreme
conditions is carried out in Sweden
Since the tyres interact directly with the vehicle's safety systems (anti-lock braking
system (ABS), dynamic stability control (DSC), roll stability control, etc.),
comprehensive tests are carried out under both loaded and unloaded conditions to check
performance.

SAFETY
Safety is in your hands, so here are some tips and tricks on tyre condition:
• check your tyre pressure regularly
• do not overload your car
• storage in good conditions is highly recommended
• if you notice any signs of damage, have your tyres checked by a trained technician
as soon as possible.
Always remember that safety is in your hands.

BATERY

The Jaguar I-Pace has an official range of 292 miles.

E-PACE's 90 kWh battery is designed for longevity and supports long runtimes with
sustained maximum performance. The position of the battery in the wheelbase keeps the
vehicle's centre of gravity low, which naturally enhances driving dynamics and makes E-
PACE a real driver's dream.
There are 432 cells in I-PACE’s battery. There are 36 battery modules and each module
has 12 cells and the battery assembly weighs 603kg. With an approved Jaguar wall box
installed, a full charge can be achieved in approximately 13 hours, allowing the I-PACE
to cover a maximum range of up to 292 miles. Not bad for a large vehicle.
The 2019 Jaguar E-PACE supports a range of outputs from public AC and DC chargers,
making it easy to charge the vehicle while in motion.

PUBLIC AND HOME CHARGING

The best way to ensure fast charging of your battery for longer journeys is to use DC
chargers - a typical 50 kW charger can be supplied by the service provider. Public AC
chargers can have a range of outputs, and you can find convenient charging points in
places where you want to stay several hours - or even overnight - including local
shopping malls, hotels and gyms. Just pull up, plug it in and you can go have some fun.
Jaguar’s electric E-Pace is constantly receiving new awards.
It is announced as the most stylish, best-handling car in its class. For that reason, it was
crowned and has therefore been named Auto Express Car of the Year for 2018.
Not exactly cheap, because Jaguar is still a prestige car, but in fact it's cheaper than the
Tesla X model.
