INTRODUCTION

As we all know, fast food chain is the very common place where most of

the people ate and it has a very high demand when it comes in serving people’s

foods. The Fast Food Restaurant industry consists of restaurants where clients

pay for quick-service food products before eating. The food purchased may be

consumed in the restaurant, taken out or delivered as request.

As we observed in our pre-feasibility study in SM Fairview, Robinsons,

and Fairview Terraces, we saw that there are lots of fast food chains or

restaurants serving good quality of foods for their customers. But the question is

do they give the right market demand of their customers?

That’s why we came up the idea of our Café, the Coup-pal’s Café: The

Café for the bitter customer who wants their life in silent, to ease the pain, to be

relaxed, and to bond with their families. It has a bitter title, yet you feel the

happiness that you will cherish for life. We tend to deliver good and best quality

of products and different variety of foods, and taste that you will never forget. We

also offered the door-to-door delivery by using the telephone number

09958119577 for people who is lazy to go in our Café.

Our café have the mission to make our customers the happiest person in the

world, by giving them the best of all what we can give. And we will make them

feel that they are not alone in this world full of pain and happiness.

And we will do what we can all do, to achieve and to be known or remarkable in

every person’s brain. We will not stop until we were the last café in the world.

MARKETING ASPECT

COMPETITIVE POSITION

We have two (2) competitors near in our store. The first competitor is

May’s Store, and the second competitor is Mel’s Store. They sell rice with

siomai, and process juice, because the following products are the

customers’ want. And the second competitor is Mel store the product that

they sell and most popular to the student is the lumpiang toque, because

of its remarkable and own recipe. Their strategy is to cook or do many

products to attract the customer to buy to them and of course to be friends

with the customer to come back and buy again.

The May’s store products is rice and siomai, toque, turon, process

chocolate juice and banana cue , we think she sells that because the

customers want it and for her this is easy to do to make and affordable for

everyone . The Mel’s store products has many flavor of process juice,

toque, junk foods, turon, siomai, karyoka, and banana cue, we also think

she sells that too, because the customers always want affordable food but

nutritious and give strength to the customers.
