1. The concerned have quoted a final costing of Rs. 13.50 per unit plus taxes & freight as per
actual (Pls refer to the attachment for final costing)
2. Payment terms: 30% as advance and 70% before the dispatch of finished goods
3. The concerned have assured on quality & if in case any issue arises they have committed to
take back the consignment
4. They have agreed on the damage returns if in case any damage arises
5. They have agreed to sign an agreement with Kanwhizz Industries Limited
6. They have agreed to accept the Form-C
7. They will provide all the details for artwork on mono carton in a day or two
8. They will take minimum of 30 days’ time to process the order from the date of receiving the
advance amount of 30% of the total ordering amount
9. We have to provide them with the Company logo for embossing on the soap for which they
will charge Rs. 5000 as dye charge
10. We have to provide them with the complete artwork for the mono carton
11. We have to provide them with the vendor agreement draft before signing of the stated
agreement
12. They have agreed to increase the dosage of fragrance in Rose variant
