Application for Early Career Program – Field Engineer (Indonesia)

Dear Recruiter,

It is a honor and a privilege for me to be applying for Baker Hughes company. If given the
opportunity, as a fresh graduate, I will be coming to you with a fresh energy, pro-active
approach, exceptional work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the important ability to work and
function well independently or in a team setting.

Having studied Mechanical Engineering at Diponegoro University, I possess an extensive

knowledge of multiple aspect of this field. I’ve worked my bachelor’s thesis in topics
related to heat transfer enhancement and pressure loss penalty by generating swirling flow
using passive methods such as Vortex Generator. I have also done an analytical project to
determine the effect of tube plugging on the performance of shell and tube heat exchanger
in certain oil company. Also, in my latest project on campus, I have been assigned to design
and produce a biomass stove with variations in fuel capacity. At the University, I was also
engaged in multiple student organization and extracurricular activities, such as Mechanical
Engineering Students Association, Student Senate, Mechanical Engineering Study Club,
and becoming committee of numerous events in my Departement. I am a native Indonesian
speaker with a proficiency in English. I am skilled in using Solidwork and Ansys, at an
Intermediate and Advanced level, respectively.
