LABOR CONTRACT

1. This contract shall be used as the labor contract signed by the company and
employees.
2. When the company and employees sign the labor contract, both parties shall
negotiate
3. The applicant must provide the following information:

Requirements needed:
1. Resume
2. NBI clearance
3. Brgy clearance
4. Police clearance

Working Schedule:
1.Working hours: 8am-6pm
Snack time: 10am-10:15am, 3pm-3:15pm or above
2. Noon break: 12pm-1pm
3. Please arrive at work on time at 8AM. If you are one minute late, 1Pesos will be
deducted.
4. 6PM after work time. If the working time exceeds 6PM, overtime will be paid at
1Pesos per minute.

Company Rules:
1.. No sleeping or playing with mobile phones during working hours. Who will caught
sleeping and playing with mobile phones during working hours will be charge 50 pesos
2. Please follow the company time to enter fingerprint at 8AM and leave at 6PM. Early
fingerprint entry means early leave.
3. Products purchased in the company should not be brought to the company to avoid
misunderstanding.

Company Holidays :
January 1, December31 November1,
Holy week 2day, Chinese now year 1 day December24,25
Annual Leave:
The total annual leave is 7 days and the salary will be paid as usual. We do not
participate in other Philippine holidays. We are a small company.

Salary:
1. After the interview, both parties agree to a six-month probation period with a
salary of 500pesos/day.
