COMPENSATION PLAN

DIRECT LINE BONUS


This bonus rewards managers for the purchase of Promo Packs by members of their Unilevel Team (up to 9 levels).
The Unilevel Team is formed by users directly sponsored by a manager, and by those sponsored by these users
successively.

To be eligible for this bonus, a Cloud Coin user must first become a Manager, then an Active Manager. This bonus
pays a percentage of the commissionable volume (CV) generated by each Pack purchased by a member of the first 9
levels of a manager's Unilevel Team.

DOUBLE TEAM BONUS
A Double team is structured in a “V” shape form, creating two sub-teams, one in each side. The result is a Left Team
and a Right Team, either of which can be the Accrual team and the Payment team for a valid period for commissions
calculation.

When a manager earns Commissionable Volume on his or her Payment Team, if there is a matching amount of
Commissionable Volume on the Accrued Team then that matching volume amount is deducted from both sides and
the Bonus is generated. The unpaid Commissionable Volume in the Accrual side accounts for the next valid period for
commission calculation.

If a Manager, according to his or her rank, reaches the weekly payment limit of the Double Team Bonus all the volume
not used in his or her Payment Side will be reset to 0 and the unused volume of his or her Accrued side will be
considered as previous balance.

Cloud Coin allocates 20% of package sales for this bonus payment. If the total daily payment exceeds this amount,
then bonus payment for that day will be proportionally distributed according to the weight of each member over the
total to be paid.

CAREER PLAN

MANAGER

Become a manager by purchasing your annual membership.

ACTIVE MANAGER

Once you are an active manager you can then advance in our career plan. Active
manager is the first merit rank position. To achieve it, you must have two active
managers directly sponsored in your team, one on the right side of your double
team and the other one on the left side of your double team.

And active Manager has generated at least 300 Personal Qualifying Volume
Points or PQV. As him or her progress through their career plan they are
rewarded with access to new compensation tiers.
AMATEUR MANAGER

Helping your team has its rewards. To become an amateur manager, you must
first qualify as an active manager and have two active managers directly
sponsored by you, one on the right side of your double team and the other one
on the left side of your double team. You must also have earned at least 5,000
GQV (Group qualification volume) from your Direct Team, with a maximum of
50% of the necessary GQV from the same Direct Team line.

JUNIOR MANAGER

To achieve this rank you must have earned at least 800 PQV. You must also
have two active managers directly sponsored by you, one on the right side of
your double team and the other one on the left side of your double team. And you
must have earned at least 10,000 GQV (Group qualification volume) from your
Direct Team, with a maximum of 50% of the necessary GQV from the same line
of Direct Equipment.

SENIOR MANAGER

To achieve this position you must have earned at least 1,500 PQV. You must
also have two active managers directly sponsored by you, one on the right side
for your double team and the other one on the left side for your double team. And
you must have earned at least 25,000 GQV (Group qualification volume) from
your Direct Team, with a maximum of 40% of the necessary GQV from the same
line of Direct Equipment.
TEAM COORDINATOR

To achieve this position you must have earned at least 5,000 PQV. You must
also have two active managers directly sponsored by you, one on the right side
for your double team and the other one on the left side for your double team. And
you must have earned at least 75,000 GQV (Group qualification volume) from
your Direct Team, with a maximum of 40% of the necessary GQV from the same
line of Direct Equipment.

REGIONAL DIRECTOR

To achieve this position you must have earned at least 7,500 PQV. You must
also have two active managers directly sponsored by you, one on the right side
for your double team and the other one on the left side for your double team. And
you must have earned at least 200,000 GQV (Group qualification volume) from
your Direct Team, with a maximum of 40% of the necessary GQV from the same
line of Direct Equipment.

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

To achieve this position you must have earned at least 7,500 PQV. You must
also have two active managers directly sponsored, one on the right side for your
double team and the other one on the left side for your double team. And you
must have earned at least 500,000 GQV (Group qualification volume) from your
Direct Team, with a maximum of 30% of the necessary GQV from the same line
of Direct Equipment.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

To achieve this position you must have earned at least 7,500 PQV. You must
also have two active managers directly sponsored, one on the right side for your
double team and the other one on the left side for your double team. And you
must have earned at least 1,000,000 GQV (Group qualification volume) from your
Direct Team, with a maximum of 30% of the necessary GQV from the same line
of Direct Equipment.

**DEFINITIONS

Commissionable Volume (CV): The assigned percentage value


of each purchased product on which Bonuses are calculated.

Direct Manager: Manager directly sponsored by other Manager.

Double Team: Team of Managers forming two teams; Left Team


and Right Team.
Team distribution is stablished by the Manager, with the Managers
in his/her Direct Team, and the Manager’s upline. All of them
assigned in chronological order, and filling up first available empty
space on the outside line of each side.

Group Qualification Volume (GQV): The sum of a Manager’s


PQV and all his/her Direct Team Managers’ PQV.

Personal Qualification Volume (PQV):


The value of commissionable products purchased by a Manager
and his/her Guests during a specific time period. This will be used
for the career plan.

Qualified Manager: Status that a Manager obtains after meeting


his or her Rank requirements.
