Antipolo National High School, with a total of 211 students, is one of the
Secondary High Schools in Municipality of Marihatag. Presently, the school is in need
of (2) Security Guards (for 24-hour Shift) to ensure the safety and security of our
students, faculty & staff, properties and the entire school.

As regards, the school cannot afford to provide an honorarium to the School guard
since we only have a limited amount of school MOOE. Also, based on DepEd Order
41, s. 2012, the parents (of the students) are not duty bound to shoulder the
honorarium of the School guard; otherwise, the school will be charged of violation of
the above-mentioned mandate.

To resolve this matter, we are requesting from your good office to allocate budget
or provide Job Order for our School Guard for the above purpose.

We are looking forward for your positive, favorable and immediate action on this
matter.
