Relative to the submission of documents for Equivalent Record Form (ERF), all qualified teachers may directly submit to the Schools Division Office their documents every Friday. The SDO shall be open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM to accommodate submissions. However, fime-on-task must at all imes be observed. 2. Everyone is enjoined to refer to the following issuances: a.
