To Whom It May Concern:

Kellie Flick plays a vital role in my First Grade classroom and at Liberty View Elementary.
She upholds all the daily responsibilities of an Elementary ED Special Education Para. Constant
communication and helping ALL children is on Miss Flick’s priority list.

Kellie is always patient, kind and a motivating individual. She has a passion for teaching
children and has a knack for finding ways to meet each of their needs – academically, socially
and emotionally. She is an upbeat and positive individual who always has a smile on her face
and works diligently to make sure each child knows they are loved no matter what. She is a
para educator who truly takes time with ALL students to hear their frustrations, fears, joys and
dreams.

Kellie sets each child up for success. She is constantly working collaboratively with
colleagues to ensure that EACH child in the Liberty View community feels loved and valued. As
well, she has taught a few ELA lessons in my classroom that were highly engaging and
educational and did an excellent job with classroom management.

Kellie is very professional, has a pleasant personality and is overall is good natured.
These qualities make her an individual whom everyone enjoys to be around. She treats
students, parents and colleagues with love and respect and builds relationships with each
person to help create a warm and accepting environment for our school community. She
would be a great asset to any Elementary school.

Sincerely,

Misty Dimitt
