I, JANE JHONETTE B. DIGNO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and presently

residing at 255 Marulas A. Caloocan City, do by this presents name, constitute and
appoint my common law husband KING PHILLIP B. MARIANO, likewise of legal
age, Filipino, single and a resident of 255 Marulas A. Caloocan City to be my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, to do and perform the following acts:

To represent me in a case I filed before the National Labor

Relations Commission, docketed as NLRC NCR Case No. 11-13547-
15;

To enter into any compromise for and in my behalf and to do all

acts necessary to said case; and

To receive and sign any documents relative to the foregoing

authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact, full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to
carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue thereof.
