Minutes of the AGM of SIBU NAN HAI BUDDHIST SOCIETY, held at premises of
10 ½ miles of Sibu Old Oya Road, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak.

Time : 17th September, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.

Members present at the meeting : 30 members including President, Ngu Liong Yiong,
Chairman, Kong Sian Tu, Treasurer, Wong Hee Mieng,
Committee members; Tiong Ping Ping, Wong Kit Yong,
Kong Leng Leng and Ting Ching Leong.

Meeting chaired by Secretary : David Tiong King Luk

Meeting Purpose : Apply for Public Donation License

The resolutions are mentioned as belows:-

(a) All the members hereby agreed to apply for public donation license.

(b) The main purpose is convenient for secretary to monitor the application from time to time

(c) We do hereby agreed to authorized few members as listed to do the collection.
