Company Summary
Student accommodation is a small business designed to meet the needs of University
Malaysia Sabah students. Plans to grow all over the University in Malaysia over the next four
years. There are a lot of employees involved, including many contract vendors, location
planners, hiring managers in managing the business, and even hiring shift workers to work
on time. This is because the business will operate for 24 hours.

Usually, students will have trouble attending, being lazy at school because the distance
between the first and the next classes is far away. This is not only faced by full-time
students but also half-time with the same problem, living away from work. As a business,
we understand the needs of our students. With the establishment of Rest House, this
problem can be avoided.

2.1 Company Ownership

Student Retirement Home was established as the sole proprietorship with the intention to
sell the business when it was set up for one of the employees invested in the event planning
vision. All aspects of the business will be documented to ensure that customers can rely on
the same results each time. These are documents that will form the basis of ownership. A
sole proprietor will use his or her name as guarantor of each service. Therefore, the sole
owner must have the vision and mission of the Rest House for the students.

2.2 Start-up Summary

Through careful planning on the part of the founders, the start-up costs for the Event are
minimal. It started out as a home-based business with little overhead, and it continued to
demand less funds as a service-based business. An initial cost investment fund is an asset
kept from previous income by the owner who plans part-time events before establishing
himself as a business.

It is the desire of the founders to remain a debt-free organization. However, recognizing

that not all variables can be controlled, external financing is a viable option. Both founders
own a home and have a good credit rating.
