Pie crust:

Two cups flour

dash of salt
two sticks of cold butter
half cup of cold water

Cut up the two sticks of butter into small chunks in the flour. You want to mix it in
but leave some larger bits. You are NOT after shortbread type, cornmeal texture
stuff. Slowly add the cold water, make the dough into a ball without handling it very
much. Divide it into balls and chill it.
Line the two large baking sheets with parchment paper (it will not cover the whole
surface). Put flour on the paper. Roll the ball of dough out to the edges of the paper,
putting flour on top of the ball as well so it doesn't stick.
Cut into small squares. Do the second one as well; if you think it is too thick, cut
away the excess.
Bake at 425 degrees until as brown as you want.
Switch the pans top to bottom, front to back after about 10 minutes.

Pie filling
The easiest thing for you to do would be to use the can of "pumpkin pie filling mix"
that you bought. Just follow the directions on the can.
I would put it in the two medium rectangular Pyrex casserole dishes--one is brown,
the other one is clear. Spray them both well with cooking spray.
Start off baking at 425 for about 15 minutes, then reduce heat until they are done.
