I am writing to recommend Ms. Rusnifaezah Musa, to support her application as a lecturer in your
institution. As a colleague for more than 7 years, I have had the pleasure of learning and involving
in study group discussion with Rusni. We did our Ph.D at the same year and institution. She is
passionate, driven, and organized person who develops inspiring relationships with her
surroundings.

Knowing her while we are in the PhD journey, I adore her strong will. Despites of obstacles and
hardship she went through, she is remained calm and positive. She also has good leadership. I
would always love to do a group project with her as she is keen in any assigned tasks. She
embraces any opportunity for professional development, which makes her an ideal leader.

Rusni is smart and also hard working. She continues to impress me with her knowledge, skill and
