I am maintaining a current / Cash Credit Account No- ___________________ facility in your
Branch Risod.(02173) From the last ____________Year.
I hereby declare that I am utilizing all the amount of widrawals for my above account for
purchasing of food grains directly from the farmers. I also undertake that I am routing all the
transaction of purchase and sales through APMC into my above stated account only.
I undertake to submit any related supporting documents as and when asked by appropriate
authority.
Therefore Widrawal of Rs.1.00 Crore and above par annum from my account should not
attract any Tax / Tds as enumerated in the ministry of finance
