SPECIAL POWER OR ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ERICSON H. CERERA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of City of

Antipolo, Province of Rizal, do hereby constitute appoint RONALD B. DEGAMON, of legal
age, Filipino, and a resident of Davao City, Philippines as my true, lawful, sole, and exclusive
attorney-in-fact in the Philippines, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and
perform the things hereunder mentioned:

1. To represent me and my interests, and to negotiate, follow-up, transact, and process,

all on my behalf, all papers and documents pertaining to the claim of monetary
benefits or “DAYONG” under the name of my deceased father, FREDERICK D.
CERERA, with Sta. Ana Multi-Purpose Cooperative, including all other transactions
or dealings thereat;
2. To sign, verify, execute, and submit any document, paper, form, or application and to
cause the payment of fees and charges regarding the above-mentioned transactions;
3. To receive, on my behalf, the proceeds of the above transactions to be given either in
cash or in check and to deposit the same to my account with any bank; and
4. In general, to do and perform all acts and things necessary to give effect to the
foregoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary
to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could
do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
