Dear Sir,

With reference the above mentioned subject, Contracto/s letter No. DRtpLlNHtDCLlplTl0oT/So/297
Dated 29106/2079 and Clause no. 13.2.2 of Contract Agreement, we have submit the Change of Scope
{COS) items but There are some Typing Mistakes.

1"- The Change of Scope shall be done during construction period and shall be complete in 9 (Nine)
months from date of "Change of Scope Ordef'
Corrected - The Change of Scope shall be done during construction period and shall be complete in 12
(Twelve) nronths from date of "Change of Scope Order"
The Change Scope {COS} shall be complete in the 9 months, therefor it is expected that extended date
-of completion (October 2}2ol.
