CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

This is to certify that TS CRUZ TRADING AND

CONSTRUCTION has satisfactorily completed the supply of labor
for TOPPING WORKS for Megawide Construction Corporation’s,
PROSCENIUM AT ROCKWELL, all in accordance with the plans,
specifications and other terms and conditions of the contract as
stipulated in PO/JO# 300100200.

Given this of at CITY OF MAKATI.

This certificate does not relieve the Subcontractor from their

responsibilities pertaining to the Guarantee of the completed items of
works, as stipulated in the Contract.
