B Values Inculcation
C Pre-requisite knowledge:
Teacher would like to know the previous knowledge of students by starting a simple
conversation with question, Do you know about your letter friend? . Teacher will tell them letters
love to attend school and have fun. She will tell children to sing Phonic song to know previous
Knowledge of Students.
Now, Teacher knows the previous knowledge of students, so she will begin her class by singing
aalphabet song. Children will clap their hands and pat their laps while singing song.
Now teacher will sing alphabet song again and while singing song teacher will miss few letters and
tell students to name the letters missed by her.
Teacher will distribute alphabet flash cards among students and ask them to form a train of
letters in correct sequence.
Alphabet Scramble: teacher will mix flash card of all letters and ask students to place them in
correct order.
Bingo: Teacher will make bingo cards with letters. The student to get full line or house will
win.
Teacher will distribute letter flash card among her students. she will tell students to dress
up as any vocabulary word related to that letter. She will tell students to stand in sequence
of a-z in class.
Hot Potato: Teacher will write letters on soft balls and ask student to catch the ball. The
student who catches the ball will say vocabulary word related to that letter.
Basket Activity: student will be shown a letter flash card and asked to pick a picture related
to the object from basket.

Alphabet rhyme
Children will sing alphabet rhyme in class
Teacher will place a chart of missing letters a-z and ask students to paste missing letters in
correct place.
