Recruiting Checklist and TimeLine

The following is the recruiting timeline for future elementary students. All elementary students
are welcome to attend the following concerts, those who attend will have the opportunity to
try out musical instruments. No music back ground required, just passion and commitment.

10/21 Spooktacular concert (elementary students invited)

12/11 Christmas concert with elementary students

12/11 trying out instruments with current students

3/3-3/5 Visiting Elementary schools

3/3-3/5 recruitment forms passed out

4/30 End of the year concert (elementary students invited)

4/30 future students can try instruments with current students

5/6 -5/8 Visiting Elementary Schools

5/19 Trying out instruments for new to music.

5/22 Last day to turn in recruitment forms

6/4 Parent meeting for incoming students

8/24 Instrument checkout (students borrowing instrument from school)

9/5 First day of school
