HOW TO REPLACE PARTS 1. Wick NOTE: Use only a gonuine CORCHA replacement wick, part No. 200-01 (CORONA). 4) Remove batteries. Press the shut-off button to lower the wick. Remove the wick guide by pulling itup. 6) Pull the wlok raising. the suppor bracket to the right and remove the wick and tho wick holder from the wick guide tube. 1) Detach the old wick fram the wok holder and fit a new one In Tk To attach the wick 1a, Adjust the @ap of the wick to fit In the wick raising bracket of tho wick Holder Note: The misalignment of the wick gap with the wick mising bracket may result in damage to the glow plug or ite failure to function. b, Put the wick fitings (three) Into the recesses {three} in the wick holder. ©. Prose the wick against the wick older catches letting it stick on the catches making It fit fverly in the inna wall of tha Folder. Use care not to develop wikles and bulges, 7) Put the wick Into the wick guide tube while Keeping the wick raising support bracket pulled to fhe fight, Ft the spindle pin inta the wick raging bracket hole (oeneath wire). Thon force the ick tlsing suppor bracket Into the leftshand side. 8} Put the wick guide back in ite orginal place and fasten it with thee nuts in such a way as fo make an opening Between the wick guide and the wick guide tube even Note: Before installing the wick guide, check It to make sure that the wick guido packing is placed in the nah position 18) Cheok the wick to make eure that it moves up and dawn smoothly and lot the pendulum fall to fee that tho automatic shul-olt system furetiona propedy IMPORTANT: If the wick fails te move up and down smosthly, remove It snd attach it once ‘again foling the abovementioned precesure. ‘Raise the wick to the full - 10.5:'Imm(approx.19/32")above the holier. If the wick carat be feised 0 this height, rapaat the abovementioned procedure to attach it cowectly 10 + pe L to | 11) Replace the wick guide ring on the assembly and fasten it with the screw. 12) Install the heater cabinet, font plate, and tuo lever knobs, respectively. 41) Recheck wick haight after massembly and check that the wick aduster and extinguishing device are operating nomally before using your neater. 14 Replace the bumer chimney and the cartidge tank on the heater cabinet. 15) Betore ignition, weit at least 80 minutes to allow the wick to absorb suliciont amounts of Kero- 2. Glow Plug 1) Remove batioies. 2) Detach the grille guard and the bumer chien.
