Every year the BPI, Central office release and download budget for approved

projects to be implemented. Manual and spreadsheet system being used to estimate and

schedule activities, cost control, budget management and change control. It was observed

that efficiency in terms of labor and time resources were not maximized that resulted to

delay of reports submission of focal persons involved. To fix this problem, a system will be

made to notify the administration and focal persons on the progress of financial and

physical accomplishments of the projects as well as achieve successful project

implementation. A web-based system that will link to every steps & ladder of reporting. If

compliance is not achieved it will be returned back to each ladder and a GIS mapping that

will show every progress of the project in designated area every time they will
encode the data in the system every monthly, quarter, and annual report and for easy

monitoring.
