How to quickly install the files (or update from earlier version):

1. Save the zip file locally on your PC. Then extract all files from the zip-
folder.

IMPORTANT: In the extracted folder, all files and folders must keep their names
and locations.

2. In the extracted folder, open the Word document 'DocTools

InstallationManager.dotm'. Follow the instructions in the document in order to
install the file(s).

IMPPORTANT: YOU MUST ENABLE MACROS IF A SECURITY WARNING ABOUT MACROS APPEARS
WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOCUMENT.

If you install the add-in for the first time, you will be asked to enter the
provided license key as part of the installation.

ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION:

You can manually copy the contents of the folder 'Files for STARTUP folder' to the
Microsoft Word STARTUP folder.
You will then be asked to enter the provided license key the first time you start
Word after the installation.

The standard location of the Word STARTUP folder in Microsoft Windows Vista,
Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10:
C:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
