UNDERTAKING
As the lot owner or the duly authorized representative of the lot owner for the residential
unit being constructed at the address indicated above, I would like to request for the Grant of
Right Of Way from the Morningfields Estate Management Group (EMG) for the extension of
temporary electrical facilities per the specifications of Morningfields EMG which includes the
temporary cables, posts and all accessories and appurtenances connected therewith and all
other acts and/or structures necessary to public safety and preservation of said facility, in
accordance with the sketch attached hereto and made a part hereof.

I shall undertake the above including the removal of the same for my exclusive account.
The Morningfields EMG shall have the right to withdraw the temporary Right of Way should
there be safety concerns of the extension of temporary electrical facilities to my residential unit.

Upon completion of the construction of the residential unit, I commit to secure the
necessary documents, such as but not limited to a) Occupancy Permit b) Certificate of Final
Electrical Inspection, etc. in order for Meralco to provide permanent electricity service to my
residential unit.

As the requesting party, my successors and assigns shall hold and save the
Morningfields Estate Management Group and San Ramon Holding, Inc., and its successors and
assigns, free and harmless from any and all claims for damages arising from the exercise or use
of this subject temporary Right of Way.
