In the article it addresses investing which is a personal finance topic. The article

by Bridget Casey, is about how investing is important and how to start investing. She explains

that investing is to use your own money to make more money and that investing ensures present

and future long-term financial security. She then explains that stocks, bonds and ETFs are

different ways you can invest. She also explains how to start investing and says that you need to

open a brokerage account or a robo account. Then she explains the difference between a

brokerage account and a robot account. A brokerage’s account is an investing account and makes

it easier to invest and a robot account is a financial adviser that provides investment management

online.

In my opinion, this article is good because the way she explains things about investing is

good and the issues presented in the article are what we are learning about during class. I think

this topic is good to know about because one day I might want to invest in different things like

stocks. In the article when the author says “Your investments can provide financial security and

income” it reminded me of what we are learning in class.

 I do believe this article is useful because the author explains why investing is important

and how to invest. I do believe the information in this article can help a person achieve their

financial goals. I believe it can help people achieve their financial goals because she explains that

if you invest in a stock you should invest carefully and choose the higher return offered by an

investment. I think the author can also help people reach their financial goals because she

account explains what investing is and it means to use your own money to make more money.

This article does not raise any new questions for me. I do think the author was persuasive

and explained herself well.
