 Display of IMS policy in English and local vernacular at strategic points including outside main
gate.
 Testing of ambient air quality, stack emission, effluent water, potable water, noise level and
display these environmental information at main gate.
 Display no. Of accidents/near misses for the month and cumulative for the year. Should be
supported by records.
 Identify emergency evacuation plan and display. Also identify assembly point for emergency.
 Display emergency phone numbers including director, hospital, fire brigade, ambulance,
doctor, local police station etc.
 List of trained fire fighters.
 Location of fire fighting equipments.
 List of persons trained in first aid.
 Display environmental and safety slogans.
 List of national environmental directives, rules and regulations like Decree 30.
 List of plant and machinery.
 List of measuring instruments and calibration status.
 List of external service providers.
 Aspect impact analysis.
