With all due respects, I would like to refer to the above matter.

2. I, NOOR SHIMA BINTI SAMIR with matric number BM14110074, would like to request leave from
class for 3 days on the 3rd, 4th and 7th June 2019. This year, Hari Raya Puasa falls on the 5th and 6th June
2019. As Hari Raya is one of the biggest holidays in Malaysia, many would return to their hometown and
that included me. I would like to return a couple of days before to help for Hari Raya preparation and to
avoid jams during travelling to hometown.

3. As for the classes/BSTs that I might missed during my leave, I will try to adjust and compensate
later with my groupmates. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by my action. I hope
you will give full consideration and grant me leave. I’ll be thankful.
