To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to recommend Ellie McCartney as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Ellie has worked with our
digital marketing team at CHI Health for the past 6 months. During that time she was able to quickly pick
up many of our strategies and tactics which included website content management, search-engine
optimization, social media posting and graphics, and content creation assistance. I foresee her being
able to easily continue to grow each of these skillsets as well!

Ellie is wonderful at taking control of her own work and learning. Additionally, she seamlessly balances
her workload with all of the classes and projects she has to do while finishing school. She always makes
sure she fully understands a project, and then makes sure it is completed to the full extent. Her qualities
of responsibility, organization, and creativity will certainly be an asset to any position she holds!
