On Thursday 5 December 2019 at 11.30 am until 12.30 pm we all one group and Prof
Madya Dr. Norashidah Binti Hashim have been a visiting a shop Boutique Ka Cute at Changlun
for our last task in our assignment. This visiting is to meet of between our lecturer which is
Prof Madya Dr. Norashidah Binti Hashim and owner shop which is Aida Sharmila Wati Binti
Wahab to know each other and talking about our progress task. Since this is a first time meeting
lecturer and owner, it took about almost 1 hour meeting to know each other. There have a lot
topic that we discuss about from our first journey until end. There also that I can get from this
meeting is the recommendation and impact positive that we do by helping owner.

The recommendation that we suggest to owner is suggest in terms of the arrangement

of clothes in the boutique. The arrangement of clothes and the atmosphere in the boutique looks
a bit gloomy compared to the children's clothing store in Cmart. We give an idea to business
owners to change the arrangement of the clothes in the boutique and also add lights to every
corner of the children's wardrobe to make it look better. The decoration of the boutique also
plays an important role to attract customers go to the boutique.

Besides that, we also recommend to owner to do a systematic inventories system. This

is can help owner to know which item that hot selling that buy from customer. For now, owner
just do a manually system inventory, so we recommend to do in an Excel because it most
efficient and systematic.

For impact positive that we get it from this business is via helping owner by promoting
her business at Facebook advertising platform. Its really impact to the business because before
this around 3-4 people only go to buy at shop, but after we helping owner by do a promoting
clothes at Facebook its have increase buyer around 10 people go to her shop. Its quiet good
because many people know and aware the business shop after we promote via online.
