REFLECTION 3

On Thursday 5 December 2019 at 11.30 am until 12.30 pm we all one group and
Prof Madya Dr. Norashidah Binti Hashim have been a visiting a shop Boutique Ka Cute
at Changlun for our last task in our assignment.

Prof Madya Dr. Norashidah Binti Hashim knew each other through the
conversation with the owner. Through their conversation, Prof Madya Dr. Norashidah
Binti Hashim give us many suggests, we learned more about the need for suggestions
and positive impact on the owner.

The recommendation that we suggest to owner to do a systematic inventories

system. This is can help owner to know which item that hot selling that buy from
customer. For now, owner just do a manually system inventory, so we recommend to
do in an Excel because it most efficient and systematic.

Besides that we also recommend owner to change the layout of the furniture,
redecorate the boutique atmosphere to enhance the existing atmosphere. In addition,
we also came up with the idea of using plastic that has a boutique logo, helping to
create a more appropriate logo and so on.

We also do charity work where we help the boutique owners decorate and
pack the boutique on December 14th. It's so much fun.We promoted the owner ’s
shop and merchandise on Facebook, which played a very good role. The daily
passenger flow has more than doubled. Many people know and know this shop under
our promotion. This is a good idea.
