SUMMARY
UFCE LENDING PARTNERSHIP

The UFCE Lending Partnership was created on October 2019 comprising of Cajes, Ellen
P., Evangelista, Rowee Ann M., Fullon, Sheena A. and Urrutia, Mikka Erika T. They are one in
the business of lending service.

We are the students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela and taking up BSBA Major
in Financial Management. The University requires the students to make a business plan for the
preparedness of our future needs, after our group discussion we come up to a business that helps
the aspiring entrepreneurs for their financial assistance in starting their new businesses.

The UFCE Lending Partnership was formed with four (4) members; it was formed
because it gives attention to the person who need a financial assistance in Barangay Gen T. de
Leon in Valenzuela City which is the largest barangay in the city and has a lot of opportunities to
start-up a new business. In this new generation, it is noticeable that many people want to build a
business but they do not have enough capital to start and support their business.

UFCE (Unified Finance of Common Era)

“Make it Possible”

Unified Finance of Common Era is a micro-lending service was built last August 2019
mainly located at the 2nd floor, B. Hive Plaza Gen. T de Leon, Valenzuela City, which focus is to
provide efficient manageable loan services with lowest interest rates and reliable financial
returns.

UFCE offers Negosyo Loan (Business Loan) providing affordable capital for new aspiring
entrepreneurs to establish their businesses.
 Additional services, UFCE has known for its lending services including Kaagapay loan
and other loans which access Filipino people who need reliable financial support and break out
of the unprivileged cycle.
NAME OF THE COMPANY

UFCE Lending Partnership is our company name which derived from the initials of each
member's last name.

NAME OF THE BUSINESSS

UFCE – Unified Finance of Common Era - The letter U stands for Unified when people
or groups are all on the same page, working for the same goals and doing the same thing, they
are unified, F for Finance the management of lending money and CE for Common Era that is for
a year in our time.

Vision

We aspire to become a market leader in offering loans to entrepreneurs while providing

them with the lowest interest rates. We will become the trusted partner of every entrepreneur in
establishing their business.

Mission

UFCE Lending Partnership will offer a convenient, efficient and manageable loan
services for aspiring entrepreneurs who need financial assistance to starting their new business.

COMPANY OBJECTIVES

To attract a total of 6 borrowers per day in Valenzuela City after five years of the company’s
operation through providing them a loans with low interest rate.
To help the community by provide employment to the citizens where it is located through
affiliating to the city’s Public Employment Service Office by 2023.

To generate additional funds by venturing to other service such as time deposit after six years of
its operation.

COMPANY LOGO

The word UFCE is our company's name which derived from the initials of each member's
last name. It is circular to represent the perpetual operation of the company and also the united
people in the company who are working for the same goal. It is read in a clockwise direction like

the movement of the hand of a clock that symbolizes the value of time to the company that
reflects to our business tagline that encourages people to pursue their dreams to "make it
possible" while there is still time and opportunity. It is colored in gold because people perceive
gold as a sign of wealth.
BUSINESS LOGO

The circle shows for being unified to work for the same goals and doing the same thing.
The hand with a three-peso coin represents our business managing finances. The color of gold in
our logo and business name represents the prosperity or wealth that we encourage aspiring

entrepreneurs for the success of their small business. Lastly, our tagline which is “make it
possible” is imprinted on the lower right of our company logo.

INTEGRATED MARKETING POSITION

“MAKE IT POSSIBLE”

In establishing a business, either it is small or big, it requires courage and risk to make it
possible. So, the group came up to the tagline “Make it Possible,” which connotes to make your
dreams come true. Every time people will hear or see our tagline they will be encouraged and
motivated to pursue their goal in life specially to have a business.
