SERVICE PROTOCOL

LOAN PROCESS
Here is the sequence of steps in availing our loan:

1. Apply – Duly fill out a loan application

2. Evaluating – The lender will review the application form and the documents of the borrower if
it properly complies with the requirements being ask.

3. Interview – After completing the requirements, the client will be interview allowing them to
explain their character and financial condition as well as the purpose of the loan.

4. Contract - If the lender approves the client’s request, the clients will sign the contract to know
the terms and conditions in availing the loan.

5. Get the money.

TERMS AND CONDITION

Article 1. Contract Term

The client shall pay the entire amount of the loan including the interest before the
expiration of the contract term. This Agreement shall be terminated after the full payment of a
loan.

Article 2. Loans Offer

UFCE offers three (3) types of loan such as; Business Loan (5,000 to 30,000), Personal
Loan (5,000 to 10,000) and Other Loans (5,000 to 10,000) with an interest rate of 2% per month

Article 3. Service Fee


UFCE has a 1% service fee in availing loan and this fee is automatically deducted to the
amount of loan. Service fee includes the Office supplies expense, utility expense, salaries
expense, etc.

Article 4. Interest

UFCE will charge interest on loans base on the prescribed limit of BSP. The client shall
pay the interest rate of 2% per month. This interest is to be paid together with the principal value
of the loan.

Article 5. Schedule of Payment

The schedule of payment depends on the amount of loan. The loan is payable for Six (6)
months for 5,000 to 10,000, Nine (9) months for 15,000 to 20,000 and Twelve (12 months) for
25,000 to 30,000

Article 6. Penalties

Penalty for late payment will be charged to the client with additional rate of 1% in the
interest.

Article 7. Payment Default

If our clients missed paying over a month or a year there are sanctions, we offer to
reimburse the amount of money they borrow from us through:

Deliver a Request Payment Letter - The purpose of this letter is to follow up and inform
our clients about the loan they borrowed from the company. To void additional charges due to
late payments. If our clients’ will not able to pay his/ her debt within 5 days after giving a request
payment letter, the 2nd Sanction would be:

Deliver an Invitation letter from Barangay - This letter from barangay will invite our
client to settle the loan he/she borrow from our business. If our client refuses to meet our team in
barangay we will proceed to the last sanction which is:

File a Case in Small Claim Court - In this process, the client and our company will have
a signed contract from the Court in which the amount of money will be payable within 2 months.

Interest
The borrower is obliged to pay an interest rate of 2% per month, such interest is to
be paid together with the principal value every 15th day of the month.

Late Payments
The payment is considered late if the lender received the payment after the due
date or the 15th day of the month.
The borrower will be charge of an additional 1% interest as a penalty for the
month.

Security
To protect the lender, the following are the condition for the failure of paying the
total amount, including the principal and accrued interest, after the payment period.
E1. The borrower shall present two (2) co-makers that will shoulder the
remaining balance of the borrower.
E2. Small Claims – the court will settle the monetary dispute between the lender
and borrower to guarantee that the total amount due will be paid.
