My topic is about social media for teenagers.

I chose this topic because social media has

been popular and the percent of students use social media is growing and increasing. It plays an

important role in every teenager or student is life.

It can cause negative relationships, impact on physical health and impact on academic

performance. More than half teenagers spend their time on phone using social media and those

students even at school, they don’t do their work, they don’t pay attention and they do make

argue with their teacher if they ask them to put their phone away or if they try to take it away.

I write about this topic because of my schoolmates. In every class I have, most of my

classmates, they don’t do their work, they are just on their phone using social media, text or call

with their friends, and in class whatever they see in their phone they talk about it or they talk

about how many likes or followers they got in their instagram, snapchat, facebook, how many

views they got in their videos or photo story and they distract all class, if the teacher asks them to

put it away or try to take it, they start talking, argue and then finally they get out from class or

out of school for a couple of days because they were not in class, they are not going to do their

work, assignments then they got zero their grade goes to F, if you have bad grades, you can not

go to college and if they don’t go to college or they don’t finish their school, you can not work, if

you can not work, you can not get money, and if you do not have money, money is everything,

you can not live that your future will be bad because of phone using social media, because you

don’t pay attention in class and because you did not listen to your teacher.

I learn from writing this paper that addicted into social media are have an effect and can

not help you with my future so if I straight think about my school, my work, and my grade, and

go to college finish about my major, the future will be good and my dream will come true.
 Next time if there is a chance I can write another different research paper, I will write

about college that students don’t have to money college because some students are smart but

they can not go to college because they do not have enough money to pay for college.
