My Goal is:
To go to a four year college and become a dentist.

Specific: What specific things will you accomplish?

I will accomplish graduating from a four year university and accomplish
getting into a dental school.

Measurable: How will you know when you have achieved this goal?
After 8 years of college I will know I have achieved this by getting a degree
and walking over the stage and receiving a diploma.

Achievable: Is this goal realistic? Do you have the tools you need to achieve
it?
This goal is very realistic and manageable. I will need to study hard and focus a
lot of my academics in order to achieve this. Yes, I have many useful tools to
help me achieve this. Some include a quiet study space, help from my
professors, and many other tools.

Relevant: Why is this goal important in your life?

This goal is important in my life because it is my future. After college this job
is what I will be making money from and if I don’t achieve it I won’t be making
an income. I want to support my family and make money while doing
something I love.

Timely: When can you achieve this goal?

I can achieve my four year degree by June of 2025. However, since I’m going
back to become a dentist I will achieve that goal by May 2028. After dental
school I will completely be done schooling.
