hereby solemnly and affirm as follows:-

2. That neither the applicant for any member or employee of M/s “SECURED
CARE SECURITY SERVICES’’ holds any firm or are in possession of any arm
or ammunition.

3. That in future If any employees acquires arm\ammunition license, same will be

intimated to CA, Haryana.

4. That from III i.e character verification Report, from IV i.e Training certificate,
serving employees details and client agencies and deployment GST Registration
form of the Applicant Agency, ESI form of the Applicant Agency EPF form of the
Applicant Agency shall be submitted within six month of obtaining license.
