APC: Agency partner channel is one of the fastest growing variable Agency channel across
the insurance companies operating in India. In the short span of 3 years channel has crossed
200 Crore of Premium. The channel has agency base of 25000 Life advisors and 2500
partners. The mission of the channel is To be the most available channel for customer by
enhancing the distribution reach of the company in existing as well as new markets using
a variable platform which is Scalable , Self-Propagating & Sustainable.

Job Role:
R Following are the key deliverables of the job –
o  To manage the team of 4 employees to ensure all routine deliverables are delivered
within TAT.
l  Responsible for ensuring timely Distribution payout.
e  Devise Business reports according to the need of the branch and to improve productivity
of Branches / Sales Employees.
 Handle the payout and Agency admin related escalations from branches.
 Implement innovative processes to eliminate financial or operational risk and manual
work.
 Responsible to provide update on Employee incentives.
 Responsible for analysing channel P&L account for Budgeted / actual cost and finding
out reason for variance.
 Responsible for designing and implementation of strategic initiative: Franchisee and
Agent career program backend operation process.

Job Requirements:
R
The ideal candidate should necessarily have
o  MBA or CA with minimum experience of 4-5 years.
l  Good communication skill.
 Team handling experience of 2-3 years.
e  Good knowledge Ms Office application. Advance knowledge of Ms Excel.
