THIS AGREEMENT made at this Eighteenth day of September month of 2019year, between Idyllic

Production, located in A-177 Block 12, Gulistan e Jauhar, Karachi

AND

Ms./Mr. ________________________________ S/o/D/o ___________________________ residing

at__________________________________________________, bearing National Identity Card Number
______________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Model”) of the other part.

Now this agreement witnesseth as follows:

1) The ARTIST has agreed to provide modeling services (“Services”) for the campaign:

a. Adaptation (Television commercial film + extensions)

b. Radio
c. Outdoor (billboards, shop signs, displays, fleet graphics etc.)
d. Still photographs
e. Any other form of communication related to the brand

2. This Agreement shall remain in force for one time project based from the date of execution of this
Agreement till the final execution of the commercial.

3. The Model will be required to feature in a television commercial film, TV adaptations and photo
shoots according to the requirements of the product campaign).

4. All films, pictures, audio and video tapes or advertising campaigns taken/showing the Model shall
be subject to approval of the Company which may at its discretion require the same to be modified
altered or redone. In the event of any modification, re-shoot or other activities in relation to the
promotion of the Product the Model agrees to be available for such activities as may be deemed
necessary from time to time.

5. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, all advertising/promotional materials

produced by the Company based on live shoots/illustrations, info commercial films, adaptations
and reproductions of the Model shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Company and
the Model hereby agrees and declares that the Company shall be entitled at its discretion to use live
shots/illustrations and all promotional materials (the “works”) on any channel of TV / Radio
/outdoor/ Print and/or any other media, and use such material for all other activities towards
exclusive use for the purpose of advertisement and sales promotions of the Product, at the
Company’s absolute discretion together with any adaptation and /or reproductions to the
advertisement/sales promotion produced from time to time. The Model hereby agrees and declares

 that she/he has no claims, rights and interest whatsoever in any of the advertisements, promotional
material, shoots, transparencies/negatives/illustrations/live shots, info commercial films,
adaptation and reproductions as well as the consequent advertising and sales promotional materials
generated and the intellectual property right in all such works shall exclusively vest with the
Company. The company has the perpetual right on the use of the “works” without any further
financial or other obligation of any nature whatsoever to the model and will use the works for as
long as the company deems necessary.

6. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Pakistan & parties shall submit to the courts
of law at Karachi, Pakistan.

7. In consideration of the aforesaid, the Company agrees to pay the Model total
Amount of Rs. _____________/- only.

8. AS WITNESS whereof the parties hereto have signed this agreement the day and year first above
