Convert to PDF

PDF stands for Portable Document Format and it was created by Adobe to ease document
exchange. doPDF is a free PDF creator that does what the name suggests, creates PDF files.
Once installed it will allow you to convert any type of printable documents to PDF files.
doPDF7.2 installs itself as a virtual PDF printer driver so after a successful installation will
appear in your Printers and Faxes list and also in the list of All Programs. Using doPDF you
can convert to PDF in two ways:

1. Print to PDF via the virtual printer driver doPDF. You would do this exactly as you print
to a regular printer, just the result will be a PDF file, not a printed piece of paper.
2. Using the doPDF Startup window. doPDF has an executable file (accessible from the
start program group) that you can run in order to start a conversion wizard.

Procedure for printing of admit card from logins of RCs/LCs

Login by RCs/LCs at www.depexam.com

(a) Please visit www.depexam.com

(b) On Right side at the top Member panel will appear
(c) Click on Member Panel, and you will find User ID and password. Users ID are RCID and
for password please call at 09501109078.
(d) After Login, a screen will appear. First update your profile and on re-login, you will get
the screen with (HOME, ACCOUNT, ANNOUNCEMENTS, LEARNING CENTRES,
ADMISSION, EXAMINATION, SEARCH, FEEDBACK, GRAPHICAL VIEW,
DOWNLOADS, CONTACT US, ABOUT US)
(e) It is always advisable to change the password. Please convey the same to all your LCs for
changing the password.
(f) For using this software, it is always recommended to use MOZILA FIREFOX-Latest
Version/GOOGLE CHROME-Latest Version.

STEP-1 – click on Exam form/Admit card

Note: above picture is related to RC login and in LC login there is no step-2

STEP-6- Click on Print

STEP-7- select printer name doPDFv7and click ok

STEP-8- select path to save pdf file and click ok
