Sub: Request to waive off loan – one Time Settlement – Reg.

Ref: Our terms loan with IDBI Bank

Since, we could not arrange working capital, our business has not yielded profits and we could not reply
loans those we have taken from IDBI Bank. The factory and other assets are seized by bank.

You are aware that even after repeated auction calls by IDBI for Priyam Fruit Products Pvt Ltd, nobody
has turned up. This is primarily because of guide line values revision that caused increase in Stamp duty,
cumbersome registration process etc., have effected property and real estate business.

I wanted to sell my only property left with me. After demonetization nobody has shown interest and
have received lower offers. Now, If I sell this property in distress, I can arrange Rs 1.23 – Rs 1.17 Corers.
The same amount I can give it to IDBI.

With the above back drop I can’t arrange more funds than stated above.

Request IDBI to kindly consider this as One Time Settlement and New Buyer 1 Corer immediately
Settlement ,But we are ready to give 80 lakhs
