Dear Colleagues

We thank you for your abstract submitted to the conference. It is a pleasure to

inform you that your abstract has been accepted as poster presentation.

Please note the following guidelines:

- The maximum poster size is 70 cm (width) x 120 cm (length), and all authors are
expected to bring their posters before 09:00 am on December 28th.

- All the posters will be hanged on for the whole conference period (2 Days 28, 29
Dec.).

- Each poster will be assigned at a display space; it will be hanged with the help
of the organizers

- All authors will present their posters in a 5-minutes-oral-presentation to

explain the merit of the research. You will show your skills in science
Communication!!

- Maximum of 7 Power Point slides, without hyperlinks/films, will be presented

(including the title slide and the acknowledgements).

- The presentation files have to be sent to us by e-mail, tagged with the name of
the presenting author, no later than Saturday 21 December 2019

- The questions will be held at the end of the session, not after the individual
presentations.
