The JOLINE LP4000 Plotter bas a useful plot area of 35.8 incbes by 81.9 incbes ‘and supports a variety of paper sizes from 1.5 inches wide to architectural “E! size drawings (36 x 48 inches and AO through A4 metric sizes). ‘Various plotting media can be accommodated in sizes up to 37.5 inches ‘wide, and 83 inches Long (or looger with roll media), ‘The tactile touch “snap action” keyboard lets you specify: Oaloff line modes Home and Origin position Floating origin position Chant viewing/plot pause Plotter self-test and reset functions Plot rotation Plot size selection Plotting scale Micro calibration Peo-moves up and dows and cight directions Pen aumber selection en speed selections (up to 20 inches per second) and pen delay times Plotting Window and Viewport options hyperBUFFER modes (optional equipment) Baud rate selection Non-volatife memory programming TOLINE LP4000 Plotter ‘The keyboard panel icator lights show you: = Whether the power is on or off When a diagnostic test is in progress = When a pen change is requested Warnings and error conditions a When the plotter is ready touse ‘The LP4000 Plotter accepts a wide variety of plotting media including Paper, mylar, and acelate. A wide selection of plotter peas are also well suited. ‘The LP4000 Plotter can plot ASCH characters automatically, drawing the character sbapes directly from ROM-based character descriptions within he plotter and eliminates the need for special host-based software lo create Plotting characters. ‘The LP4000 Plotter bas one RS-232-C communications port. The bost ‘computer may communicate direcUy with the P4000 Plotter as a Data ‘Terminal Equipment (DTE) device. A cable may be wired to permit ‘communications with the plotter asif it were a Data Communications Equipment (DCE) device.
