BURT RUTAN

He was born on June 17, 1943, Estacada, Oregon, U.S. His home town is Dinuba,
California, U. S., and his parents were George and Irene Goforth Rutan. He is American
and currently resides in Coeurd’ Alene, Idaho, U. S. His Wife is Tonya Rutan. He is an
aeroespace engineer and entrepreneur.
Rutan Recived a degree in aeronaultical engineering on 1965 at the California Polytechnic
Stare University.
He is know for his inventions as the Rutan Voyager, which in 1986 was the first plane to
fly around the world without stopping, Also the SpaceShipOne, the Virgin Atlantic
Global Flyer, the Rutan VariEze and the Long –Ez, etc.
Rutan won some importants owards like living layer of aviation (2001), Daniel
Guggenheim Medal (2011) and wright Brothers memorial Tropy (2015).

He is Still alive and he is 76 years old. Rutan, today comes working in the construction
of lighter prototypes of spaces. He designs space aircraft capable of making commercial
flights in a next future. Throughout his career he has designed 46 different aircraft.

He will always be a great reference for engineers. Burt has plans to create spaceships
without fuel, ships that are electric and allow space navigation. He has been, is and always
will be a genius.
Burt Rutan will sign an agreement with Virgin Galactic to manufacture and market the
SpaceShipOne, so that tourist flights are made to the interplanetary space with civil
passengers
