Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the appalling/ disgraceful inefficiency/

treatment of the staff at your travel agency.

On (date+month), I booked a holiday to (destination) departing on (date+month). Checking

my ticket, I realized that an error had been made; my outbound flight had been booked for
(wrong date/month).

When I contacted your agency to amend the details of my flight, I was told that even though
the dates could not be changed without charging an extra fee, there could be a possible
solution. The staff told me that he would contact me the next day. However, I have received
neither a call nor an email to inform me for any solutions/ I have heard nothing for three
weeks.

To make matters worse, I repeatedly tried to contact your agency but no one replied. As can
imagine, I am extremely annoyed with the service I have received at your agency. I insist on/
demand a full refund of my outbound flight/ my flights be changed within the next 24 hours
or I shall be forced to take the matter further/ legal action.

Yours faithfully,
