It provide high strength and better properties of product

Efficient production rate enhance the productivity
It provides better understanding to troubleshoot problems
PE-100 , UPVC and PPRC pipes and fitting with wider product range size is available

As compare to other companies the price of products are higher

No proper plan to transfer and store the knowledge
Old technology machinery decrease the efficiency of produciton
NO proper record and plan for the evaluation of performance
if we did not work on R & D there will be no inovation of new products
Culture of workers and employe is not up to date there should be improvement in culture

Due to some health hazards PVC material is replacing with different materials
As elections are near the government can be changed
Due to increasing competition companies trying to decrease cost of prouct to increase market
With the increase of expences and costliness the labour cost is increasing also the cost of raw material is increasing
Inovation and search out new material product can increase our product range
By controlling the machine parameters and processing techniques we can optimize the cost
Upgradation in machinery increase the efficiency of machine
Certainly we are using all the raw material from recognized and well reputed companies except grey colour of PPRC we should try it from some
well reputer companies
