SMART Target Setting

According to wikipedia SMART is a mnemonic (memory aid) used in project


management where each letter of the word could have a particular meaning
as follows:

S PECIFIC – the goals and methods are clearly defined in detail
MEASURABLE - the goals are measured numerically
ACHIEVABLE – capable of taking place or humanly possible
REALISTIC – being aware of things as they really are and the
chance of them happening
TIME FRAMED – set deadlines
