Keneth Balicha , a grade 8- SPS wa enrolled in LIS for School Yeas 2019- 2020. He attended classes
from June- August 2019 but requested for transfer to Binmaley School of Fisheries on August 19,
2019. Having been cleared from the school, I removed his name from the Deped Form 2 of my SPS
class.
