Obtain a copy of the UVAS Wireless.

zip file from any of the following sources:-

 Copy it from any USB enabled PC of ITC labs or any domain joined PC in university, using username
” wireless “ and password “ wireless “. The file is present in the shared drive of this login.
 Get it from ITC Lab Administrator of any lab.
 Get it from UVAS website Download section (“www.uvas.edu.pk/download”).

1. Save the copy of this file in your Laptop. Right Click the UVAS Wireless.zip file and click Extract here.
Two more files will be created with the names of” UVAS_Settings “and “ Home_Settings “.
2. Double click UVAS_Settings file and wait for this dialogue box to appear

3. Click the Yes button then click OK.

Congratulations! You have now configured your Laptop for UVAS WiFi successfully.

Perform Steps 2 and 3 with Home _settings file to use same laptop for your home or any other
personal internet connection.

Note: Use UVAS_Settings and Home_Settings files to switch between UVAS and your Home internet settings.
Always keep these two files saved in your laptop.
