As I spoke with more female friends, many of whom are active feminists,
I realized that these are not independent, random incidents, but they
reveal a more fundamental problem underlying the social reality in India.
A fun fact: I auditioned for Mr. India. Don’t ask me how I fared.
Short-term career goal essay
What is your short-term, post- Post-MBA, I aim to become a Product Manager at a high-growth ed-tech
MBA career goal and why? (150 company such as Coursera, Udacity, or at a large tech corporation such
words) as Google or Microsoft, with multiple products for the education industry.
I've always wanted to help people learn better, and began my pursuit at
19, leading dozens of young undergrads from top colleges to start the
city's first-ever student-led non-profit to provide English language
training to 500+ underprivileged children. After college, I pushed my
horizons further and took the boldest step of my life. Armed with little
more than sheer passion, I decided to be the first-ever entrepreneur in
my family history and started an affordable ed-tech platform that has so
far directly impacted tens of thousands around the world.
Looking back on the failures, learnings, and successes that would last a
lifetime, as I look towards the future, I see a wistful dream desperately
waiting to be realized - to build a global ed-tech solution that impacts the
lives of hopefully millions more around the world.

If there is further information Some of the courses that I took in undergrad left me in a bind. Not only
you believe would be helpful to did I not know any better when it came to choosing the right electives (I’d
the Admission Committee, jumped on the bandwagon on many electronics courses without thinking
please provide it: much), towards the end of my undergrad, I became increasingly involved
in community leadership work for 8-10 hours a week, leaving little time
for studies. This was partly because of how much I liked being engaged
with the community, but it was also because I was young and unwise.
