� Your Belongings will be available in your assigned 1C work station on 3rd

floor

� Each Individual should carry their own IT equipment (Laptop with travel
charger, laptop bag, Keyboard, Mouse, head set, laptop lock & key, etc) - ITS
MANDATORY

� PLEASE DO NOT CARRY YOUR DOCK-IN STATION (please unlock the dock and take the
key with you) � IT TEAM WILL CO-ORDINATE FOR DOCK IN SHIFTING . ENSURE THAT YOUR
DOCK - IN HAS BEEN UNLOCKED . If it is locked it will be difficult for IT Team to
shift .

� IT team will pack your desk phone

� If you are desktop user no need to carry the CPU, IT team will move your CPU
to RMZ 1C .

� DO NOT CARRY PEDESTAL KEY ALONG WITH YOU ,YOU NEED TO HAND OVER TO THE
SECURITY TEAM .

� DO NOT PACK YOUR MONITORS .
